Business Development Executive

Job profile:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for managing, implementing, and deploying new business processes and partnerships to increase sales and industry reach. This position offers a true ground-floor opportunity for an experienced Business Development or Sales Professional to join our exciting, fast growing company. Business Development Executives report to the CEO.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Must Design, implement, analyze and deploy new business processes
  • Manage partner relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for company partnerships
  • Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with partners
  • Expand market intelligence of health benefits industry to drive business forward
  • Oversee workflows for partner accounts, manages partner communications for territory and resolves escalated issues or questions from partners

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated results in meeting Sales quotas or Business Development goals
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience using a CRM software to track and analyze sales metrics
  • Understanding of PPC(Pay Per Click) campaigns a must
  • Google Adwords Certification a huge plus
  • Understanding of SEO & Social Media a huge plus

Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in business or Equivalent Experience

Experience:

Minimum of 2+ years experience in Sales, Business Development or related positions

Social Media Marketing Expert

Job profile:

To manage digital projects for a range of marketing campaigns. Updating and monitaring user-generated content on social media outlets and measuring the impact of it. Must also support in converting campaign strategies.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Support and/or manage digital projects for a range of marketing campaigns.
  • Work with team to create and execute digital communication strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Updates and monitors user-generated content on social media outlets, including Facebook, Twitter and others.
  • Research and analyze online communities, trends and conversations.
  • Stays current in the latest tools and social media tactics being used by brands, and in how to take advantage of opportunities to use new technologies and approaches.
  • Daily engagement with Facebook, Twitter and other social communities, including posting editorial content, responding and real time management.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications
  • Supports others in converting campaign strategies into innovative social media action plans to achieve marketing growth opportunities .

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or associated field required; in lieu of this requirement, a degree (or partial completion) in similar field(s) together with applicable related experience acceptable.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1+ years social media and digital management experience.
  • Experience developing holistic social and digital strategy that drives direct, measurable ROI.

Required skills:

  • Proven ability to run paid ad placements and sponsored content across social media platforms, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc. and monitor for ROI.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Solid understanding of analytics, SEO and social media platforms and monitoring tools.
  • Ability to use Excel for ROI analysis and reporting.
